D.3 Feedbacks

Here ADMIN and STAFF can search, view, and reply to any feedback submitted by PARENT or STUDENT. It is the main and formal communication means between end users (parents or students), and in-house staff.

Feedbacks use thread-like communication system, where Parents or Students can send their inquiries, along with one or more allowed attachments (images or documents). In-house staff will then be able to reply for the inquiries, in a comment-based UI (the original sender can send replies again).
