D.5 Statistics

Here ADMIN can see statistics or reports regarding the following topics, for example:

  • How many active users (students and/or parents) within given time period (weekly, monthly, yearly).
  • Users statistics regionally?
  • and so on..

  • How many active users (students and/or parents) within given time period (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly).
  • Timestamps of user log-in, if possible so we can see when they logged in and for how long. Was the app used during mornings, afternoons, holidays/weekends?
  • number of log-ins per user per week
  • Users statistics regionally? yes
  • gender, age, grade
  • what they used: timeout activities (which ones), home board, project board

Can we edit this later as well? For example once we add AI it would be helpful to know how many questions they asked
