D.2 Users
Here ADMIN and STAFF can view all of the application users including parents, children/students, also in-house admin(s) and staff.
Only ADMIN can have the capabilites to add, edit, and delete other ADMIN or STAFF data. ADMIN can not add parents or students data here, that must go through the registration page.
STAFF can view mostly non-sensitive data, and they can edit their own data. Staff role is mostly used to interact with customers (feedback / supports).
