D.2 Users

Here ADMIN and STAFF can view all of the application users (parents, children/students, also in-house admin(s) and staff). 

Only ADMIN can have the capabilites to add, edit, and delete other ADMIN or STAFF data. ADMIN can not add parents or students data here, that must go through the registration page.

STAFF can view non-sensitive data only here, and they can edit their own data.
